Good training is important to keeping your players and goalies physically fit and in good form. It can also improve your player's attributes.

Training LengthsEdit

1. Long

9 hours of training. Health is reduced 15 and morale is reduced 10.

2. Medium

6 hours of training. Health is reduced 10 and morale is reduced 5.

3. Short

3 hours of training. Health is reduced 0 and morale is increased 0.

4. Day Off

0 hours of training. Health is increased 10 and morale is increased 5.

Notes:

  • Having no schedule is not the same as having a day off.
  • Every day your players gain 10 health for sleeping.
  • Be sure to submit your schedule BEFORE a new month starts. Leaving as days off without submitting does not make them actual days off, and you will not get the health regeneration.

Training ScheduleEdit

To make a change to a specific day in your schedule, select the day and month you want to alter. Click on the top select box to chose what level training you want: long, medium, short, or day off. The select box on the bottom left represents how many hours your team will spend training in team strategies. The select box in the bottom left represents how many hours your team will spend training individual skills. Then go to the bottom and click "Submit Changes".

Training NewsEdit

This chart is above the training schedule. It shows any recent news relating to your daily training sessions. It will also show when training starts and when it ends. Any individual skills that have increased as a result of training and how many team strategy points were earned at the end of a training session are listed as well.
