Each player, goalie, and coach has skills which determine how effective he is. Some players have special skills

- Speed- Skating speed on ice.
- Strength- Strength of player.
- Shot Power- Power of slap shots or wristshots.
- Shot Accuracy- Accuracy of shooting.
- Passing- How well a player passes.
- Offense- Skill in the offensive zone
- Defense- Skill in the defensive zone.
- Face off- Skill at face off.
- Attitude- Manageability/Coachability (higher is better)
- Stamina- Ability to resist injury and fatigue.
- Experience- A higher experience player is more strategtic, patient, and doesn't phase under pressure.
- Potential- Potential to improve skills.
- Overall- A value based on all the skills.

- Stick Low- Skill of using stick hand low.

- Glove Low- Skill of using glove hand low.
- 5 Hole- Skill of blocking the 5 hole.
- Overall- Overall value.
